Mallorie Davies

Mallorie has been practicing yoga since 2010 and teaching in Toronto since 2017. Yoga, breathwork, and meditation have brought her a better understanding of herself, and have provided her with the tools to find a sense of grounding throughout the stresses of school, various jobs, and life events. She has experienced the benefits that can be found from taking time out of her day to do even 5 minutes of practice, and is excited to bring these tools to the Marigold program and students!
